At Den Berk Délice, sustainability is not an afterthought. It is embedded in everything we do — from how we grow and use energy to how we collaborate with people and partners. We are therefore proud to present our Sustainability Report 2025, in which we clearly outline where we stand today and where we are heading.

Sustainable business for us means building a company that is ready for tomorrow. A financially healthy organisation that can continue to invest in a better, healthier and more sustainable future — for current and future generations alike.
We translated this ambition into a clear strategy, based on a thorough analysis of our impact, risks and opportunities across the entire value chain. This allows us to make conscious choices that make a difference both ecologically, socially and economically.
From intention to action
Our report shows that sustainability only truly has an impact when it is made concrete:
We are working towards a significant reduction in our energy consumption, with the ambition to reduce our gas usage by 30% by 2030.
We focus on cultivation methods with the lowest possible impact and on more efficient use of water and resources.
We invest in our people, with attention to wellbeing, safety and growth opportunities.
And we build strong partnerships to continue innovating together.

At the same time, we want to do more than just reduce our own impact. We also aim to make a positive contribution to society.
