As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for organizing various labor activities at one of our production sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be co-responsible for the day-to-day management at 1 of our production sites. Within a team of Team Leaders and Cultivation Managers, you will be responsible for organizing the harvesting of our tomatoes.
You will be in charge of 20-40 people and report personally to the Labor Manager. Your duties will include:
- training and monitoring new and existing staff,
- monitoring the quality of work and productivity of your employees,
- optimizing our labor processes,
- drawing up and adjusting the work planning.
You have a lot of contact with our sales and quality department. You ensure that your team achieves the objectives regarding sales and quality.
You complete your tasks with the support of your assistants. As a cooperating foreman, they are your right hand.
You will also be initiated in the present automation, the energy installations and the cultivation control, so that you will be able to cope with the absence of your colleagues.
