Are you ready to take day-to-day charge of our packaging warehouse? Do you have a talent for automating and optimising technical processes? Then we have the perfect position for you!
Implement lean tools such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and quickly identify and resolve problems with existing methods.
Enforce existing 5S methodology and quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Supervise 4-5 belt leaders with indirect management of a team of 40-50 workers.
Identify and resolve technical failures, in collaboration with suppliers.
Generate production performance reports based on production rates and process parameters.

PROFILE
An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally several years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
Passion for technology with strong analytical skills. Knowledge or experience in digitalisation/automation of production processes is a plus.
Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
Quality conscious with an eye for detail.
