Maurice Tichelaar: Junior Account Manager Germany & Ireland

Since August 2023, I’ve been part of the dynamic team at Den Berk Délice, starting as a Sales Support. But in reality, my journey began even earlier—during my graduation project. At the time, I wasn’t just writing a thesis; unknowingly, I was also penning the first chapter of my career here. And as it turns out, it was a perfect match. Today, I proudly contribute each day to a company that, much like its tomatoes, continues to grow.

This step has meant more to me than just a job title. It represents trust, opportunity, and the freedom to grow within Den Berk Délice.

As a Sales Support, my role was anything but dull. From identifying market trends to supporting the sales team, every day brought new challenges. Now, a year later, I’m proud to say I’ve grown into the role of Junior Account Manager. In this position, I’m even closer to our customers, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and well taken care of.

And that’s exactly where I get to keep developing. Exciting? Absolutely. But also incredibly motivating, because I know my efforts contribute to a bigger, red-tinted mission.
