Over the past few months, we have gone through an intensive reflection process together. We gathered input from all employees, thought critically, and engaged in many conversations with colleagues — about pride, growth, collaboration, and what drives us forward every day. What best defines Den Berk Délice? What makes our company culture unique?

One thing stood out clearly: every employee shared the same enthusiasm and a recognizable story — expressed in different words, yet rooted in the same shared conviction.

We are therefore proud to introduce our four core values. They reflect who we are — our identity — while also guiding who we want to be, remain, and become together.
