You will provide training to our employees.
You monitor the quality and speed in our greenhouses.
You will provide feedback to our employees in a proper manner and help them grow in their jobs.
You provide input to your supervisor.

You have knowledge of harvesting tomatoes.
You speak Dutch or you wish to upskill in this respect.
You get along well with different people. Teaching someone something is something you enjoy.
You have a sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. This way you can properly assess the quality of our tomatoes.
