You will be responsible for an experienced team of 10 people that – divided over our various locations – is responsible for, among other things, the administrative payroll processing, general administration and welcoming new employees in our greenhouses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You act as an expert and at the same time maintain a total overview of the work of the team. You watch over the correct and punctual remuneration of all employees of Den Berk Délice and you ensure that employment regulations and house rules are kept up to date.
You immerse yourself in topics such as night work, overtime, social legislation, employment contracts, industrial accident insurance and takes care of matters related to social inspection, HR audits and social elections.
Our managers count on your input on socio-legal issues and you pick up ad hoc questions regarding payroll, remuneration and HR data.
You think about the optimization and expansion of our remuneration strategy and you take the necessary actions (eg further elaboration of flexible remuneration, elaboration of salary house, ...).
In the role of coordinator coach, you motivate and direct the team so that the work can be carried out in a smooth and correct manner. Where necessary, you update and optimize the administrative processes.
You report to the finance manager, you work closely with the (soft) HR coordinator and the managers within our organization on certain topics. Our organization currently has about 170 permanent employees (50 white-collar workers, 120 blue-collar workers) and an additional 2,500 seasonal workers on an annual basis. You will also play your role internally towards the influx of these seasonal workers and maintain contacts with interim offices.

You like to bite into various files and act as a point of contact for managers and external parties
Knowledge of our joint committees is not a must.
